Fenella Lindsell
Yoga Consultant
Fenella teaches creative, varied and enjoyable yoga classes in south-west London, welcoming over 150 students each week.
With more than 35 years’ experience since training with the British Wheel of Yoga, she brings warmth, humour and a down-to-earth approach to her teaching.
She founded The Art of Health, London’s largest yoga and complementary health centre (1996–2003), and created YogaBugs – story-based yoga for children – which featured three times on BBC 2’s Dragon’s Den and inspired her book The One Bug Your Kids Should Catch (Random House).
Fenella has worked with the NHS on programmes for older adults, taught in a GP practice for 18 years, and contributed to research with Imperial College London on the benefits of yoga for prenatal mothers.
Now specialising in yoga for people over 50, Fenella helps students feel stronger, more flexible and more at ease through mindful movement, breathwork and visualisation.
Each themed class offers options for all levels, whether in London, online, or on her popular yoga holidays in the UK and abroad.
Her inclusive style ensures yoga meets you exactly where you are – supporting long-term health, confidence and wellbeing. Influenced by Iyengar, Ashtanga and Jivamukti yoga.
