At Integrated Physical Medicine by Naval Nair, we are proud to support Home-Start Wandsworth, a local charity dedicated to helping families with young children through challenging times.

Home-Start Wandsworth ensures that families facing difficulties - whether due to mental or physical health issues, post-natal depression, financial hardship, or social isolation - receive the compassionate support they need to thrive.
Trained volunteers and professional staff work directly with families, helping to build parental confidence, strengthen emotional bonds, and support child development.
Through one-to-one home visits and a range of group activities, they create safe, inclusive spaces where families can connect, grow, and feel empowered.
