Renewal Retreat

Join us for a rejuvenating escape at Seasyde House, a beautifully restored Georgian home on the banks of the Tay Estuary. Surrounded by tranquil gardens and natural beauty, this retreat is designed to help you reset, restore, and reconnect.

Over five days, enjoy daily yoga, strengthening workouts, wild swimming, sauna sessions, and nourishing seasonal meals. Unwind with creative workshops, holistic treatments, and quiet moments by the fire.

Guided by your hosts, Victoria and Robbie, you’ll experience the perfect balance of movement, rest, and renewal — leaving refreshed, grounded, and inspired.

IPM Artistic Alliance is another initiative born from IPM’s approach to ‘Serving Our Community”.

We support and cheer-lead artistic creativity from our local community and engage with how artistic creativity can impact health and recovery in its beholder.

Tash lives in London and has a studio in the Surrey Woods. She uses painting sculpture and Polaroids to explore colour composition and form. Shapes were arrived at spontaneously and chance plays an important role in her process.

Kahn has exhibited both nationally and internationally, with one project in New York that involved dust, three people, and a single Polaroid.

Residencies are a critical part of her practice as are collaboration with other artists.

In 2014, Kahn confounded the visual arts project DOLPH, helping facilitate 22 exhibitions across London, New York and Berlin, as well as partnering with two London primary schools, the Royal College of Art, and numerous artists across the world. She’s also a freelance editor for Penguin Random House and Sluice magazine.
